The owners of the Verandah Club, the Kolter Group, in an effort to ensure the financial stability of the club, have modified the Verandah Membership program.
These modifications are aimed to position the club in a manner to grow with the community while adding value to existing and future homes in the development.
The major component of this plan is to require existing and future residents of the community to become members of the Club. This approach has proven very successful during a time when many gated golf communities are struggling to maintain membership levels and services for their members.

Note: Some properties in the Verandah community do not hold membership rights in the club. If you are considering purchasing in the community, please contact the club to assertain if a membership is available on the property you are considering to purchase.
